Spa,pool and some of entertainment programs.
First of all the front desk staff were impolite and could not speak English which you expect from a five star hotel and after waiting long time to get our rooms I was really shocked because the room was very dirty and nobody has cleaned it so I went to the front desk again and complained. The guy said me wait here I will send somebody to clean the room , I was really angry and after half hour our room was finished . Other problem was an accident which happened on the pool and my son felt down and one small plastic table was broken , they called me at 1am and asking me to come down and pay 50 dollars for the table! It's really funny! First of all they could put this on my bill and there was no need to weak me up at that time and when I went to guest relation manger on the next day she was so impolite and rued and gave me crazy answers.

Had an enjoyable romantic escape at this all-inclusive hotel. The beach was so close and the water views were amazing. We also appreciated the free bottles of water and the well-equipped room. The hotel had a nice selection of food and we were able to enjoy a variety of options. We especially enjoyed the activities offered by the entertainment team.
Although the staff was friendly, the language barrier was a bit of a challenge. we found the air conditioning in the room to be quite noisy, which was a bit of an annoyance.

It is far enough away from the city to be uncrowded and relaxed but still under an hour from Alanya or Side.
The food was not of the same standard as last year. Some services were closed early or not opened at all and during bad weather, there was no attempt to provide alternate entertainment, rather, the management basically shut everything down - it was like being in prison.

We stayed for a week here and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the amenities were luxurious and the exclusive facilities were top-notch. We were impressed by the Spa & wellness centre which offered an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing and the beach access was great. We had a great time in the night club and enjoyed the entertainment provided. the bar/lounge area was fantastic with a great selection of drinks and snacks.
Although the hotel had excellent service, there was a minor issue with the buffet breakfast. the selection was great, but the quality of some of the food could have been better.

Nice pools and friendly staff. the hotel has a lot of activities to offer, including water aerobics and kids' clubs. the beach is also very close to the hotel, which was perfect for walks and swimming.
The food was not great, and the restaurant was overcrowded all the time. the hotel room was also quite basic and small.
